The anime didn’t show it but Annie screamed to get the Titans to move in. Seems like when she does it’s like a command that makes the Titans ignore everything else like how they did when they ate her in the forest.

Grisha would probably have to give Eren his titan eventually, he didn't have forever to live you know.
