Gabi not only went through her own character development, she developed magath's character too, the goat

Aside from the animation yeah it was quite good indeed, last scene was heartbreaking

Yeah this was one of the first times, at least for me, where what people say about Mappa's animation for AoT being kind of stiff/wonky was really in my face

This time it wasnt even the action, it was everything else. Felt like a wit early s3p2 episode, janky at times during dialogue and no action and good/excellent in action scenes. They def lost a bit of steam but there are still 2 episodes left and usually the last episodes of a season go all out

Yeah the action was fine, but man some of the character interactions felt so robotic and lifeless which could kind of sap the fantastic tension throughout the episode

Yeah, mappa was a lot better than wit imo at animating dialogue scenes, so it hurt a bit this episode lacked in that department, i'll probably enjoy the content in this episode in the manga more. Still, i loved the key moments in this episode so its not all too bad

    What they saying

They all repeating the same lines lmaoooo "i dont like the direction the series is going" "eren good he saving paradis they should all just sit and watch as the world around them ends" "how can they forgive reiner and annie the war criminals" (armin nuked a Harbor btw) "its become naruto s***ty shonen wah wah wah"
Just pure literary ignorance, i can understand not liking the direction series going but the writing is consistent with the characters, the plot and the themes, at worst its a bit fast paced

Mikasa got them god genes, she got hittas on both the ackermann line and the azumabito line

  • Mar 13, 2022

Magath getting all emotional and irrational torturing yelena was a needed reaction, he was way too cold so seeing him break down and let off his frustrations at yelena was a great scene

this season got one of the hardest openings ever lmao

Azumabito's speech was so real, floch is just blinded by his delusions, both erwin and pyxis have already said it, conflict wont end until there's literally one person left, so destroying the world wont do anything

  • Mar 13, 2022

Crazy that the episode is called traitor, because to the jaegerists armin and connie are the traitors, just like reiner and bertholdt were the traitors to the survey corps. Armin and connie right now are literally just like reiner and bertholdt, they had to kill their friends too.

  • Mar 13, 2022

Ironic that floch is telling people to know their place, f***ing piece of s*** you shouldnt even be alive at this point who you think you talking to๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

  • Mar 13, 2022

Also good how armin's plan to save them all was so impossible that the plan itself came off as stupid and naive, because like pieck said, saving them all in a conflict like this is not possible, not even armin can find the right plan

This is where the ending flaws come in with how fast it goes.

General broke Yelenas arm and then was like "please forgive me and help us" two seconds later ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  • This kind of gets me worried about a 2 hour run time for 6 chapters worth of content though. S*** is going to be here and gone in a blink of an eye
