I thought he didn't know about all the f***ed up stuff Eren did until after Eren got the Titans from him
Idk if this makes sense but it almost felt like that was a new interaction within the memories, like him talking to Zeke
Yeah these are new interactions now. They never happened before hand. Grisha giving the Titan is what happened then the rest of the story followed, and they went back in time make it happen.
Nah I get all of this but I'm just stuck on how the kiss brought memories to Eren then because that's related to the attack and not the founder/coordinate
As I understand it, the power of the founder was what unlocked those memories, which were passed on to Eren via the power of the Attack Titan.
The 4th great ninja war would've still happened though
If you take out the Kaguya and Obito stuff out of the 4th Shinobi World War arc, then it’d be pretty good

Those are not the only problems unfortunately. Almost every character in the story coming back to life, bullshit power scaling, the whole story being a plan of black zetsu that came out of nowhere and felt like an asspull, the sudden powerups of our main characters that sounds like another asspull, its all a mess

And half the war being filler after the infinite tsukuyomi activates
Can you imagine how high in the overall ranks of anime Naruto would be if it had no filler episodes?
I think about this a lot
The tree gotta be some sort of symbolism for Yggdrasil right?
There’s a lot of Norse symbolism in this show/especially the last arc

No they still happened, that’s what makes it inevitable
We just didn’t see it until that moment and Eren wasn’t aware that it happened/was going to happen until the hand kiss, but Grisha experienced the interaction during that time in the story.

hmm okay. Yeah but...wouldn't that make it not make sense for him to give the titan to Eren?
I'm being dumb now over this plot point.
Oh wait saw that he got pissed over Carla and then said f*** it.

No because he knew that Eren would receive it because he knew Eren was there in that moment so he still gave it to him with the belief that what Eren was doing was to free Eldia, at some point Eren shows Grisha memories of the rumbling and Grisha didn’t think it would go that far so I guess that’s what makes him tell Zeke to stop him but even then Grisha said that knowing that Eren gets his way.
The major thing to know is that neither of them know the full truth of the future because Eren hasn’t seen everything and Grisha has only seen what Eren wants him to see so at this point anything can happen.

Yeah especially with the first Titan being called Ymir
As I understand it, the power of the founder was what unlocked those memories, which were passed on to Eren via the power of the Attack Titan.
Word
Maybe I'm just stuck on something small, just seems important with critical this power of the Attack is/how well it's detailed otherwise/how difficult anything related to time travel (not the right word but I can't think of anything better rn) is to depict
They literally glossed over the whole titans backstory in like 14 minutes more or less
If the explanation for the powers is just that she fell in a lake with some sort of magic fish this s*** is whack
theres barely a need for titan powers to be explained anyway
even giving us the magic fish was more than we actually needed tbh
I understand what you say, but I also feel like Ymir backstory should have been longer. It definitely could have been 2 or 3 episodes longer, I feel like they rushed it.
Maybe I’m too used too Oda’s flashbacks lmao
These long running animes have ruined people, you really wanted a flashback sequence just after what was essentially a flashback sequence

If I had to take a punt, I'd say Eren sent those memories back to himself. I grew was a slave to himself as well

When Zeke and Grisha had their reunion that was before Grisha gave Eren the titan serum. In fact, if you watch the scene where Grisha breaks down you’ll see him dropping the serum on the ground.
Y’all keep in mind that Eren is wiping out black ppl too during black history month
LMAOOOOOOOOOO
