Also i wonder why mikasa couldnt hear armin, need to rewatch the episode cause that was kinda suspect
Nah im fine for now, if by the end i dont get an answer then y'all can explain it to me
Fair. All I will say then is re-watch this episode, specifically the dialogue and you'll probably get more clarification on your own.
Man I'm so happy it wasn't the Super Bowl this week. Just the s***ty Pro Bowl so I could watch this episode immediately

Thanks fam, tbh i would've done it anyway cause this episode left me like
i need to rewind this s*** a handful more times
Idgaf what you AANs got to say. This Is ANIME at it’s best. Nothing f***ing with this

For sure, I read the whole thing and this episode still had me shaken up a bit and I knew what was coming lmao. There was one specific part in this episode I wish they would've adapted better but overall MAPPA has knocked S4P2 out of the park.
Man the whole time i was looking at king fritz like
I hate that man so much poor ymir poor her kids man f*** this s*** this world is trash i cant blame eren for wanting to burn it all

I saw someone else have an issue with one thing like you did, curious to see what it actually was! As an anime only i didnt notice any issue although that could change after reading source material

Agreed. Have an idea of what you're talking about lol

Again it was just more dialogue stuff, it seemed more impressive in the manga whereas in this episode it was kinda brushed over. But I'm just nitpicking there, still an outstanding job.

I’m doing an ass job of catching up to the anime, but the Niccolo restaurant ep is amazing
Season 4’s content was just so f***ing good up until (that point) bro
eren not trying to euthanize the eldians he trying to euthanize the rest of the world :damn:
I dont know if it will ever be explained, but man i still loved ymir getting inside this huge tree that 100% resembles the yggdrasil and inside that this long insect like monster that lowkey could represent nidhogg, the yggdrasil serpent. I also love how seemingly this event was random, it happened because of certain brutal circumstances which led ymir inside that tree, and how this episode recontextualized what we know of this story, how both what marley taught and what eldia taught were true, and how all the tragedy isnt the fault of the subjects of ymir necessarily, but the passage of time surely made them. Historia and frieda scene leading right after to ymir's backstory was amazing, since the line that connected these 2 scenes was how to be (paraphrasing) is that to be a likeable, ladylike girl, youd need to try and be good to anyone, which is what led ymir to all that happened to her; this hasnt been directly stated, but its what i believe for now. This girl has always been a slave, to her ideals of who she should be, to her social standing, to her eventual fall, not even having godlike powers saved her from these chains, and for eternity in the paths dimension and 2000 years in real history, she was subjugated to this slavery that she was in, probably because freedom wasnt an option to her, ever since a kid that was her reality, she didnt know any better. When she was given a choice for the first time, tears ran down my eyes even though i had known this girl for 15 minutes, what eren said to her spoke to me so much, and the words hit like a truck. Ngl, zeke saying to obey him disgusted me because it was an attempt to enslave her again, although maybe zeke didnt know her story. This is based on current knowledge btw, if things arent this way obviously ill make different observations accordingly

DONT READ ANYTHING
I'm not mad at eren at all, I'd do the same thing
Yeah i still cant be too mad about eren, maybe seeing the effects of the rumbling will change my mind but man how could you not at least understand his actions. The world 2000 years ago was just as s***ty, and in 2000 yeah nothing changed, hell Mare and Eldia are still fighting to this day, can you blame this man for wanting to use godlike power to free himself and his people. Its easy for me to say tho, im not involved in the story. I hope Armin, mikasa and falco will be okay at least
Because of the ginormous titans walking beside them
I thought it was eren using the founding titan so they couldnt hear eachother, but your explanation makes sense cause armin can hear mikasa
