I’d say most of what is shown is subjectively a spoiler but if you have no idea what any of it means you’ll just be like “wtf that’s hype can’t wait”
But if you break things down and try to connect dots you could probably tell what’s happening. Either way none of the major build up parts are really spoiled but it shows the results of the build up in the PV instead.
That’s something I wish they wouldn’t have done because it kinda takes away from the shock of seeing it for the first time because I know when I was reading certain parts of the manga and the big MOMENT is revealed for each respective scene that was shown I was hype as f*** and it felt like a great payoff. Showing it before the build up just seems like an odd choice, then again anime is basically promo for the manga so they probably included most of it for the manga fanbases pleasure.
Ending 2 pretty much season 4, but no one cares

Even us manga readers were getting future spoilers from the anime that didn’t even appear until like 90 chapters Later
When we getting next chapter man it feels like a whole year
Should be around this time next week
Just finished season 3 today.
I’m not a big anime fan but I watched this because I heard people saying this is one of the best stories of our generation, GOT level and s***.
But honestly I didn’t see why.
The pilot is amazing and it really made me feel that maybe everything that I heard about this anime was true.
SPOILERS AHEAD
But the following couple of episodes were pretty meh. However when they first battle the Titans I was truly astonished and I got hyped again. Then when Eren gets eaten and apparently dies to save Armin I ACTUALLY thought he died for good! So I was like “fuck maybe this IS actually like GOT and no character is safe.” I was so excited, specially because I wasn’t really liking that character, for me he was just the typical anime protagonist. So I thought they made him like that on purpose (he was even the best looking one) just to kill him at the beginning and let you know this wasn’t the typical anime. But no, he not only survived but he can also turn into a Titan. Everything went downhill for me after this point and I only kept watching because the battle sequences and the animation was so good. Yeah a lot of characters die and s*** but most of the time I didn’t even know who these people were lol when they find out that Marco died I was like “who the f*** was Marco and why they’re making it seem like it was such a big deal?”
The animation is one of the best I’ve seen in anime, but the story and the characters only get really good until the second half of season 3, the best part of the entire series imo.
Maybe if I rewatch it knowing what I know now I would enjoy it more?
^^^
Give it another rewatch, it’s one of those shows where you pick up things you never caught on your first watch.

i’d say it doesn’t get good until like episode 2 or 3 of season 2, but i feel you. it’s slow as f*** until season 3.
S*** been good since episode one for me . It just elevated and got better as time went on which is spectacular
One of the few shows where rewatching made me notice things in place 100 chapters later/ episodes later and ect

But also everyoneeee isn’t going to think it’s top tier even if most do . The rewatch could help or this could just be your opinion
