october 1 to june 1 is 237 days and the late fee is $6.8M per day, which means that they would have to pay $1.6B in late fees by June 1. either Paramount are going to fight the court ruling and try really hard to get it thrown out before september 30 or this deal gets cancelled cuz there is no way they will pay that much in late fees alone
