    Genius Idiot

The fact that he was still singing/performing while people are him are literally dying shows just how stupid and out of touch celebs are.

I will say when I did watch him live a few years ago, there was more d**** done at his event than any other concert/show I’ve ever been to and most were teens. I’ve seen ODs, very dangerous mosh pits and fights all that resulting in medical intervention. Idk if it’s the new gen or just his fan base but they need serious guidance. S*** ain’t even cool at that point. They try way too hard

It’s weird to me people assume he knew they were dying. I’m not gonna defend him not stopping the show so they could get the people who passed out help. That’s dumb he should definitely have stopped and told his fans to move out of the way. But I don’t think he knew they were dead at all.

Either way this is f***ed and they probably should make an age limit and other super strict rules for Astrofest or just never have it again.

    NBA GameBoy

MIA was my first festival and the white frat bros were moshing to f***ing Roddy Rich and Lil Baby

It’s impossible to keep any kinda order in situations like that you had some fights some people passed out just ducked down in the crowd cuz it’s too much to push your way out of thousands of people, some kid threw up and we tried to block it off but these kids were pushing their friends into it

That ain't nothing, i remember being at a Kendrick concert in Germany and people were moshing to King Kunta

Yeah that’s all I really remember. He’s definitely gonna need to release a statement and I don’t even know what else. Not a good look at all. I love Travis, but he can be really f***ing stupid.

The fire chief called it a rumor. There hasn't been any official confirmation. Early reports like that are never reliable.

I really doubt everyone started shooting up at 9:15 when everyone rushed to the mainstage. Not a 10 year old kid

  • Nov 6, 2021

Obviously this whole situation is awful but I feel like people are too easily ceding space to the idea that it's specifically because of hip hop or 'rage' stuff to be honest.

Like there is quite clearly a list of massive organisational failures that led to these tragic events long before you get to trav encouraging people to wild tf out. Similarly id argue there is a clear naivety to the SU genre and fanbase when it comes to this sort of stuff where it becomes a free for all as opposed to other shows where you have dedicated areas and signs that a pocket of the crowd is gonna be rougher than others.

I doubt it’s true, and if it is that makes it even worst on trav for lack of security. Mfers could’ve gotten in w/ guns

At the very least during 90210 he did stop the show

If someone passes out is that not a step closer to dying ?

I heard people were being injected with d**** to…I don’t know how true that is

7:30 AM PT -- A source connected to Astroworld tells TMZ, someone in the crowd went crazy and began injecting people with some sort of d***, which caused panic and then a surge. The source says authorities are trying to determine if those who went into cardiac arrest were the ones injected. We're told one of those who died is a 10-year-old. The source says it appears to be a targeted attack. We have not confirmed this report, but the source is a key person involved in the festival.
    tmz.com/2021/11/06/travis-scott-astroworld-concert-stampede-dead-drake

The tmz article is sourcing someone in travis camp, the likelyhood of this being real is small because of how hard intramuscular d**** are to inject into someone without using a HUGE needle. This actually comes off as asinine damage control but there’s still a possibility someone was stabbing people with a needle for the sake of stabbing or something but to blame the crowd stampeding people to get to a merch table to then proceed to buy merch on someone stabbing someone doesn’t add up at all

Deep down we all know why Travis acts the way he does. He seems to be that guy who wasn't that popular growing up and now that fame and money hit him he lost all boundaries doing all of the f***ed up s*** he thought would've been cool to do when he was younger (but if he actually did them he would've noticed that they were not cool) and that's why we're here today speaking about this catastrophe

I wouldn't be surprised to learn in the next few days that he gave the management contract to one of them Houston guys he's hanging out with now that he's famous which led to such a dramatic outcome yesterday night
