Because this specifically applies to Asians and is prominent as an issue between our two communities if it doesn’t apply to you then mind your business because Asians know damn well this exists but they pretend to does not

no one pretends that asians aren't racist. Seems like you were delusional enough to think otherwise.

As an Asian person who has mostly Asian friends I see where op coming from.

No, we aren’t full on f***ing racists but it’s def more we can do to be aware of our actions n s***

I’d be lying if I said all my Asian friends got more inspiration from Asian culture than black/hip hop culture esp ppl our age and younger that’s just facts

but also not my fault hip hop culture so goat thank you black ppl

You say this like history isn't riddled with people who will take other people's land/resources as soon as they gain an upper hand in strength/population.

People would just find something else to discriminate. An example is light skin vs dark skin within black communities. Or how the Irish or Jewish people were treated within their own white community.

Sadly, human beings just have a tendency to create groups of superiority for their own precious egos. S*** like this will never end unfortunately. Prejudice is in our nature.

Seems like you’re hurt I called it out rather than sit back and let it happens while “not pretending they aren’t” lmao

B**** p**** niggas like you who let it slide is why it perpetuates

    But yeah
At least you’re not pretending !

Yo OP tbh most of the racism when it comes to black cosplayers is usually from white weaboos.

Asian (particularly non American) cosplayers...I don’t think they care as much.

there's nothing wrong with that. when segregation existed blacks had more wealth. Both economic and generational. the family wasn't torn apart, education was better and there was overall a strong culture.

We even had black wall street. Now since integration, generational black wealth is close to nothing.

Every culture / nationality works within their own first and ventures out. Blacks don't do that and our neighborhoods suffer because of that.

Every culture I've witnessed is racist, particularly towards the darker skinned. The amount of beauty products marketed towards lightening ones complexion in Asian/Arab cultures is insane. I truly feel for yall man this world is stacked against you from the jump

I wish more black people learned that every race on the planet is racist towards us.

That defending every other race against racism has gotten us no where, nor has it helped us any.
