ionno any other trap album that sounds like that or rap album period. the whole album is him rapping slowly over atmospheric either asian rock or ambient beats, or bit crushed weird ones. its like a grungey dark forest pit of an album. its rock inspired but not just that its clearly a certain type of rock done in a certain way. plus he clearly put effort into the world around it the rollout the vids etc with a bunch of s*** he never did before

My ear says it lacks color. Its subjective but i like color in my music

so he went for this cinematic sound evoking like 2011-2013 expensive trap music, while going back to a high pitch voice but doing wild young htug type inflections
and it just fell rly flat like if u combine the og with the deluxes and pick the best s*** uwould have like 15 p good songs
lows on that album r f***ing horrible and its just not good like that (CADILLAC and PIMP TALK r amazing tho)
