you’re an inept c*** i aint even the biggest kendrick fan but you’re using black death as a reason to s*** on him not dropping the nigga was at a rally and you want him to drop another song about racism good lord he already got enough on streaming
Nigga wanted him to make “Blacker the Berry (2021)”
I will say that KTT gotta stop pretending to care about Pulitizers just because Kenny got the award tho.
he said you wanna be signed ima have to hit it from behind
I'm from NJ but I also believe that not every good album is a classic.
I don't even consider American Gangster by Jay-Z to be a undisputed classic although I consider it an arguable classic album with some of his best rapping.
Imho, if I consider the Jada albums to be on the same level as Illmatic, AEOM, MBDTF, GKMC, GRODT, OB4CL, Doggystyle, etc. I'd really have to water down the definition of classic and I'm not down with that.
I still regard Jadakiss as a rapper's rapper and a legend of course but the man doesn't have an undisputed classic album and that's fine because it's not easy to create one at all. Lil Boosie is a god to many rap fans in the Deep South but I wouldn't say Boosie has a classic album either.
I agree with that & pretty much everything you said, & I agree the Lox projects are more impactful n important too.
Just that that dude seemed like he was saying Jada has never been popping but still gets respect, which is simply false cuz he had two solo projects go mainstream with hits, & has a lot of collab & street records with DMX n Diddy (and of course Lox as a whole were huge for a bit with also a successful mainstream career) plus he's usually given his flowers n highly reveered by actual Rappers & "real real hiphop" fans.
But yeah i agree. Im also more of a fan of styles P, but I still like Jadakiss a lot & those two solo albums i mentioned i like a lot as well.
And i def agree East Coast bigs up everything east coast as a classic like Fabolous n s*** lmao.
I believe Lox does have a classic with Money Power Respect tho.

Yup. The Lox's debut is definitely classic to me.
But even the Coli is saying that Kiss Tha Game Goodbye ain't a classic on it's anniversary and they remember Jada's prime better than us lol.

Yeah s*** was weird cus he had all the makings of someone that was gonna stick around. Interesting voice. He could spit. He had signed with badboy. Idk wtf happened. Prolly some illuminati s***.
Diddy ruined a lot of people & usually hops on too late.
Lox, Craig Mack, Mase etc.
There's a reason why DMX n a few others refused to sign with him lol.
Kid cudi had the game on lock in the later 2000s. I remember indicud was the shift for him tho. He went from a legend to what we know of him today. Which is a legend but almost cus of the nostalgia cus the only time he does some dope s*** now is when he with kanye. Motm 3 was cool but y'all tripping if you think it was anywhere near as good as the first 2.
Nowhere f***in near…
Diddy got into his ass and he ain't been the same since

He dropped this 3 weeks ago. Damn

If any of his albums would be put into a "classic" discussion it would be Kiss of Death imo.
It has hits, classic songs, him being a bit more creative than straight Rapping & its him at his mainstream peak.
But yeah i dont think he has a bonafide classic either although i do see it argued from time to time, Kiss the Game Goodbye & Kiss of Death are just really good albums and thats ok. He still has classic & royalty status thanks to his group, skill & history.

F*** man
Sampha because he refuses to drop
YB too. he refuses to not go to prison

Maximizing streams with long, bouncing all over the place albums instead of having some type of musical direction
This is a real answer. Some of yall not even looking at the human side of artists
Nigga wanted him to make “Blacker the Berry (2021)”
he want him to just scribble out trayvon and write in george
he want him to just scribble out trayvon and write in george
He wanted Kendrick to publicly apologize for dropping TPAB 5 years too soon
WLR OUT NOW
Basically if he dropped an album before Red and after Die Lit he would have been top 1
Mos Def another one. Not that he’s a failure at all, he’s one of my GOATS. Music, acting, fashion, man was so versatile and I feel he should’ve had a bigger voice in the game. That’s how talented he is.
Also please streaming service put back The Ecstatic back up I'm begging
Jada didn’t have any of those things but his legacy is cemented. It’s about having a moment to solidify himself as one of the best rappers. You coming off as a pop stan right now.
kendrick legacy already cemented why u keep bringin up jadakiss when nobody cares about him outside of new york old heads
3000, Jay Elect (if he dropped that act 2 when he should’ve, it could’ve been seriously a landmark album), both Paul brothers. I feel Rocky’s career should’ve been way bigger too.
Rocky would have kept steam if he stayed true to his style before A.L.L.A, although I liked that album. Should have went more trap style with his flow and more songs like multiply/shabba.

Stop exposing yourself as a rap casual, this discussion ain’t for you.
