That's a career ender for someone like Jordan Peele, but what did Scott get for his bomb? $200 million for Napoleon. Yeah yeah, he's a legend ,the man gave us Gladiator etc, but he's not getting turned away by studios any time soon, and neither will Damien Chazelle. Meanwhile, tell me why a legend like Guillermo del Toro still has to struggle with getting funding to this day?
