This is where I stopped this morning before leaving for work lol
first 1.5 hours was cool
last hour makes no sense and killed all the goodwill it established

man I’ve been waiting on this joint
I know there is probably some deeper s*** going on but to me it just seemed like a pandemic movie with a weird ending tacked on.
I just lived through the pandemic I don't think now was the time for an art piece movie on it.
I am Mr Artsy Fartsy eggers safdie fan guy too, but this was a whiff for me for now. I need a horror or scifi aspect to hook me in most of these films.
I'll rewatch this in a decade and see how it goes
I think Beau is a 10/10 classic btw
Bro made his best & worst movie back to back

Love the movie myself but I get why people wouldn't
This s*** KILLED me dawg
loved it. some genuinely hilarious moments throughout. Third act got a little off the rails but the more I think about it the more it grows on me tbh. Gonna have to sit on this but lot of people claiming this is some preachy centrist movie and I don't see it that way at all, I think its just him stepping back and putting the insanity of 2020 under a lens and cranking it up.
So this one AND weapons have a weird funny last act/ending. Is it too soon to call it a trend ?!
I personally thought this was terrible. Some parts were funny. The father asking if his son was ed was highlight of the movie.
