Extrapolated over thousands, millions, hundreds of millions of years, simple amoeba-like organisms will slowly evolve appendages (nubs -> fins -> flippers -> feet), advantageous traits (giraffe long neck to reach leaves), etc

We have to make new ones because after every year we could wipe out 90-95% of them and the ones that survive had genes that helped them resist the pesticides so they now pass those genes off to the offspring which make the old pesticides less effective or useless even.

You ever wonder why snowy areas have a lot of white animals? Why warmer climates often have humans with darker skin? Why certain animals in cold and less populated areas store tons of fat? Yes humans wore clothes, that was a non genetic adaptation that was created as a way to survive and because of that the body no longer needed to develop other forms of heat retention. If clothes were never invented it's very possible humans would either die out in cold climates or would be forced to develop better ways to store heat. Modern inventions have generally halted evolution within humans on the macro scale but there's still proof if it.
