I'm not gonna lie, if it wasn't for the Apple ecosystem and iMessage, I'd probably switch over to Android - specially one of the Samsung flip phones. Those phones are so cool.

I've had an iPhone since the iPhone 5 so in too deep to switch.

But having a Watch Ultra, iPad Pro, iPhone, MacBook, I can never switch over.

Probably won’t be any significant changes until it gets OLED in 2026/2027

Super weird thing happened the other day. I was out in the middle of nowhere with no Wi-Fi or cellular connection and they’re both turned off, somehow my iphone started playing songs from Apple Music I didn’t have downloaded? How is that possible? I even tried selecting them and I just get the error message “connect to wifi or cellular to listen to Apple Music” or whatever. Really tripped me out.

Have never once considered it a detriment to my Mac UX. Fades away completely when full-screen apps are being used, doesn't take away anything valuable outside of full-screen apps (just the middle of the menu bar), and allows for thin borders + a great webcam. It's literally fine

Was kind of unsure about spending hella on it until I got it, probably the nicest thing I own. Got crazy specs on it cause I got a 2 year old one, won’t need another computer for a decade
