Anybody else have this issue? I been asking people around me and a few seem to have the same issue. My cell service (the bars lol) and data randomly drop and I get there are dead spots and all that but this is different. Tends to happen at random even in good areas and I have Verizon. I’m on iOS 17 and have the 13 Pro Max but even people I talked to with older phones/iOS still have this issue as well. Any idea at all? It tends to be annoying when using my phone for messages, gps, etc.

Guys. I’m getting ready to lose my mind because of how frustrating this is. I need help.

I deleted a song I purchased from my library by mistake. The album it’s on is on iTunes but not on streaming. How do I redownload it to my phone? Do I need to get on my laptop?

On the iTunes Store app, it says “Purchased” instead of “Play”.

It doesn’t even show the little download cloud. Wtf?

Do you have 5G on. Whenever I have had 5g on I would drop coverage entirely and sometimes would never reconnect without turning cell off and on.

I do have it on but never had it that bad. The longest it stays out when it drops has been like 2-3 minutes and the shortest being around 30 seconds to a minute. It’s bizarre but I never have had to shut my phone off like that. Only time I did that was to try and fix the issue after i’ve regained service.
