If I buy the original Apple fast charger is it "compatible" with other tech with fast charging? (Samsung phones, non-apple watches, headphones etc.)

It costs like twice as much as the Anker one that is supposed to charge almost everything there is to charge, so I'm not trying to spend this much money on a charger just to realize I can only fast-charge my iPhone with it
