Gonna update to iOS 27 and if my devices can’t handle it then iPhone 18 Pro Max and Series 12 will be ordered.
The iPhone Duo should be good but IMO $2k is crazy, until foldables are the same price as their non-folding counterparts I can’t justify the price.
I paid $2k for my M1 Pro MBP back in 2021
Question: is it better to just buy the phone from Apple than from your cellular provider?
Depends on the trade in deal for your carrier
I think usually carrier but paging @Kr0niic
Do we really need our phones to fold in 2026
That is the question
Yeah that’s what I’m thinking. It looks good but is it needed

I need to see it in person to get a real opinion on it
Phone almost same price as the vision

Having a large screen hidden beneath the form factor of an easy handheld is nice. If you watch anything on your phone even mere YouTube it’s very nice
Is that folding iPhone pic real?
Apple should KILL THEMSELVES!

I buy from apple.com WITH the carrier trade in deals. It links to your carrier and confirms youre eligible. Much more reliable than ordering from the carrier sites and never had an issue with stock on apple.com
Interested to see how their fold will work, but I would be more interested in a flip

This running on iOS would be magic
b**** it’s time!
My decision logic if anyone cares lol is this:
It starts with if the Pro will have the variable aperture. If it does, I’m getting the Pro.
If it’s restricted to the PM, my decision is between replacing the battery in my 16 PM or getting the 18 PM. The Verizon return and upgrade threshold is met since I have over 50% of the payments made so I should only have an activation fee. That should be the same or cheaper than the battery replacement.
I will be getting the XX next year so I will be switching the 18 out if I get it quickly.
