I really need help. I was downloading some songs and my entire library on my phone wiped. I don’t know what the f*** happened but it’s seemingly like a sync issue because all my music is still there on the desktop version. I’ve tried signing in and out and restarting my phone and it’s not working. This is devastating to me especially because I just bought this dumb new phone

I've had this happen to me before but as long as it's still on your computer you're good just need to let it sync again

S*** is so f***ing trash. My signal sucks at work and I needed my downloaded library to listen to music at my desk

@RxSerpico it’s starting to sync again but it’s actually insane it erased the music I had DOWNLOADED on my phone like that’s 100% concerning

Upgraded from mine a couple of years ago ago to 16 Pro Max. XS Max is such a goated phone, only needed ProMotion and a larger battery and I never would’ve gotten rid of it. Wish I could’ve held for another couple of years as 18 Pro Max looks like it’ll be great.
