Ichigo is solid

I’m a bleach stan but I can see where folks are coming from, bc there’s really no ulterior motive from Ichigo and the story is significantly bigger than Kurosaki. I think that can be good story telling when it’s hitting, but as the cast becomes less explored towards the back half and things just become more convenient, it doesn’t work as well

i think it kinda unravels for some people around the Espada arc, and it’s just Ichigo…well I don’t want to spoil

Can't help but feel like Biwa is Yamada's self-insert character at this point. Those scenes where Biwa parted ways with Gio and Tokuko after saying they would see each other again tomorrow/later down the line almost broke me, knowing that Yamada probably said the same thing to her coworkers at KyoAni before the tragedy.
