Done with the 3rd Rebuild movie and man i love this series but watching anything Evangelion really drains you mentally, the way the characters suffer and s*** its just too much sometimes

i’m only on episode 12, but i’m more and more inclined to agree with each episode i watch i’m a sucker for 90s/early 2000s style animation so i love the look and mixture of Wild West and steampunk aesthetics. the Japanese VAs are great, the main cast of characters is likeable and seems to keep expanding which is cool, and I don’t mind the mostly episodic structure, but i like it most when they spend two episodes on the same arc.

Just finished Code Geass. Damn, what a ride. Lelouch is probably one of the most interesting main characters I've come across recently.

It was great, but I'm surprised to see so many people place Lelouch on a pedastal. I liked him as a complex, compelling main character, but I didn't rlly like him.

I wanna get into it cause it looks epic but there's over 60 volumes of it
