No, its an adaptation. The anime is an ONA (original net animation) which means it’s released straight to the internet without being aired on tv. ONA may differ on a case to case basis where some have been aired and then released to the web.

yea, it's pretty enjoyable.. 7-7.5 i'd give it so far but it's got potential to be great, I heard the manga is really good so there's gonna be a lot to look forward to. MC is kind of a b**** but he grows on you, I believe.

86's writing was hamfisted as f*** but the the show's directing was by far the best of the season if Dynazenon didn't exist. Looking forward to more Ishii directed shows.
