should i stick with jjk. its not bad but seems like the average shonen so far
Just wait till they get to the jujustu school dawg. The combat and team dynamics are too raw
Whats a good episode to start watching boruto 🤔
Watched the movies, first couple eps of the show (think I stopped after mitsuki showed his sage mode to Log and Orochimaru)
Been keeping up on the side and wanted to see whats up
The best OP this season debate ya mother
this hard
Adding to list

I’d just say read the manga and watch the eps that’s really good. The anime is to weak to even binge watch
I recently binged the latest arc eps (which is adapting the best parts), and had to fast forward them b****es to the lit parts
Endeavor just carried MHA season 4 on his back. Damn near broke his s*** tryna carry this season
manga heads were really gassing up overhaul when big body Endeavor had this cooking?
Idk what your’re talking about. Endevour so boring

To be fair I’ve seen mad MHA ppl say S4 ass before it aired
Endeavor’s redemption arc and Dabi is the only reason I’m watching tho
The mental illness showcased in this show is funny but also so infuriating. But I really do respect the messaging of it, s*** is like real life. The ost is also a nice vibe
It’s infuriating because the main character is frustrating. You want him to change and do better but he keeps failing, that’s what makes it like real life. When you’re like this it’s hard to change.
Unlike many anime about NEETs which are a power fantasy where he suddenly gets friends and a harem of girls and becomes social.

it’s not ass at all and Endeavor barely does anything until the last few episodes
caught back up with one punch man and god damn

besides one piece it's the best airing shounen so it's only downhill from there if you don't like it

Last point was abt S5. All I remembered from S4 was Nighteye sorry ass got murked, Lemillion got hoed out of his powers with some power point slides to add to it, goofy ass villan and a festival. Only redeeming quality was the last few eps and Overhaul.
@TuxedoMask i finished shamo

One of the reasons I think it’s a 10/10 series. It’s not some kind of escapism type beat

I accept "anime as escapism" I think most anime I watch is escapism in a way.
But just the way most of anime present NEETs, they just let them succeed without learning anything. NHK is like a punch in the face.
Welcome to the NHK is a true "dramedy" in anime form, you laugh at the protagonist and feel sorry for him at the same time. It has the tone of funny and serious at the same time. It has to be realistic because that's what makes it both funny and sad.
Btw I think Steins;Gate is influenced by NHK, but Okabe does have a harem lol.

Man I always s*** on MHA but then just continue watching it lol

that’s how you know it’s fire
It was good
I heard towards the end they start introducing subtle supernatural elements, is that true?

Chi gets introduced for a lil while then there was some creative differences with the author and illustrator, illustrator took over and the chi s*** was gone thank god

Good, a series like that is way too grounded in realty to be getting all DBZ out of nowhere.

I agree
Holy f*** I just saw some manga panels of Boruto & that s*** just became 100x darker than even Naruto Shippuden
like this is some NEXT level s***
Crazy to see how many people jumping back on the bandwagon now that they see Boruto’s gonna be better than even Shippuden

Didn’t know Steins;gate had some influence from NHK lol.

I love the opening a lot
I think Yamazaki has got to be one of the funniest characters I’ve ever seen in any show and he’s not even intentionally trying to be funny. Just his reactions and voice acting crack me up
