I read the first like 40-50 chapters of the manga (maybe less idk it was a long f***ing time ago) and before I stopped it reaaaaally wasn't like that. More of a wholesome he's a role model/caretaker type thing as far as I remember it.

why the only 2 other roms/SoL/drama type s*** this new sxn both involve a older mf business man and a younger girl I’m not quick to judge but idk if that’s my cup of tea

Super happy to see Dynazenon still has that moody tone that Gridman did. I love the lingering long shots filled with nothing but silence. Sounds kinda blasphemous since its so revered but the direction reminds me of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Also watched the first episode of Tropical Rouge Precure and I've come to the conclusion that children's anime are lit. It felt so earnest and positive instead of trying too hard to appear "mature" like shows that target teenage audiences do. Definitely gonna bump some other children's anime up my priority list now.

I don't really like Hawks, would've preferred if they made him a villain or at least expose that he's actually a good guy later on. Not both literally in the same episode. Kills all the tension.

I hate Endevour and they were spitting facts. I don't think him dying or saving a family member (what I think they'll do) can make up for anything he did. Mf is an abusive father.

Also why is next episode another class competition LMAO? Thought we were in a dramatic arc now
