Lotta cut content. They were rushing through the arcs. No build up or tension the manga had. Plus the animation was pretty mid, straight up trash after season 1. Season 1s pacing ain’t as bad as the rest, but still felt like they cut through s***. Should’ve been a 2 cour.

Only watched half way into season 2 before dropping it, cuz they just said f*** the manga and ventured off into its own story.

I’ve enjoyed it so far why don’t you like it?

Once you're 10+ eps deep you'll start to appreciate its genius writing and structure

Does it get drastically better after a few volumes? My friend always tells me how great it is. I’ve gotten up to when the alien baby thing pulls up on Kei at his school when previously he was safe outside of Gantz.
Ive enjoyed what ive read so far but it has a problem where nobody really seems that important
