I watched season 1 and 2 they’re great

I stopped halfway through season 3, idk why, I think it was still pretty good I should go back to it

Chihayafuru has great characters (chemistry between the characters) great karuta scenes (didn’t know what karuta was before starting the anime, these scenes got me really invested) and the animation and art is really clean and bright and warm great stuff

Great series to get into imho. Chihayafuru is one of the consistently goat long ass series even though im not digging its s3 entirely

sports anime have been surprisingly better than I expected and this coming from someone who does not watch sports at all irl

chihayafuru is the best sports anime ever released

its just hard for people to get because it's not a traditional sport like basketball/volleyball/soccer

i really liked season 3 too, and it got me hype to watch season 4 in 2027

Haikyuu is incredible. Did not expect a volleyball anime to be so good.

you should also add ping pong the animation + hajime no ippo to your sports list as well if you haven’t seen them (might be the best sports animes I’ve seen so far)

Finished great pretender. The first part is really really strong, the second part is worth watching but wasn’t as good as the first part.

The art looks dope in Ping Pong. Hajime seems like it’ll be something refreshing because it’s boxing and doesn’t have any superpowers and stuff. I’ll add these to my list
