This Thermae Romae Novae is about Roman & Japanese bath society. It’s so wholesome and not really allot of conflict. When Lucious the main character swims to the bottom of the bathhouse waters, he time travels to present day Japan and tries to make sense of all the foreign culture. At the end of each episode it shows the creator visiting baths in Japan and learning certain things about Japanese bath culture.

    on a darker note...

if hxh had one piece's pace it'd have more chapters, a bigger following and imo would probly be better

HxH and One Piece are very alike but One Piece can be stretched forever pun intended and HxH can't, also there was a drop in quality in One Piece (even though apparently Wano rocks? idk I stopped reading two years ago) so there would've been in HxH.

Everything that has hundreds of episodes can't be consistent and I feel like HxH was relatively consistent and subversive which one of the best things about it.

Also One Piece is funnier and takes itself less seriously so it doesn't have to be as calculated as HxH it gives it more privilege with plot direction.

It depends on what you consider as kids. What i mean by kids is 8-14 year olds, and those are far more likely to read op than aot, jjk, hxh and s***. Those fit more the young adult audience, and while pretty big in itself it doesnt stand a chance against the huge audience op and kny bring. You'll find whole families watching demon slayer and op on tv, the same isnt the case for aot or hxh

Demon Slayer is kinda wild too to watch with your parents because it's so bloody and demons can be scary idk. But as a 12 year old if I was into anime I'd probably watch it.

before I get into hxh I need to tell you one thing I've been dying to tell you....Please, when wano is over, if you've ever liked the goofy and somewhat bizarre side of one piece, download the s*** and watch it....dont watch it now....now is a good time to read but once that arc is done in the anime, watch it! everything we loved about pre timeskip one piece? that's the manga right now.

with that out of the way....I think hxh had the potential to be stretched forever. I mean just look at how creative togashi got with each arc....the first arcs, exams, zoldyck all the york were amazing but basic in terms of setting....but then, he started introducing chimera ants, political s*** and threats we didnt even think of with the chairman election arc, then in the manga we got a whole different world...literally....I will not go deeper cause spoilers although who cares at this point

now let's do the math, hxh started in the 90s....if it was weekly released in the 90s to 2020s even with s*** ton of breaks we'd still have close to 1000 chapters.....togashi's only limit would be himself

a good argument to that would be that well he did all that crazy s*** because of the breaks...BUT, his health didnt allow him to take recreational vacations working on his craft, instead he's been hospitalised and he's been fighting his condition with everyday life along with aging which could be instead even more time for him to better his craft

sorry 4 the tldr no hard feelings if u dont read this but props if u do

Gon should’ve never met his dad at the end of the Nanika arch. He should’ve made Gon find him in the dark continent or something

no he should have ended it at the end of the nanika arc because he will never finish writing the dark continent lol

no he should have ended it at the end of the nanika arc because he will never finish writing the dark continent lol

read somewhere that Togashi feels like the anime ending is the real ending and that anything after that is just extra stuff which is why he doesnt feel the need to finish it.

If Gon never met Ging and had to go into the dark continent to find him, that would give him more motivation to get stronger.

Also Togashi would have more of a reason to continue the story and finish the series

  • fr fr togashi should just do sketches and have someone draw everything for him while he focuses on the writing
