yeah that’s why i said the anime is just ok. i also didn’t say i wasn’t enjoying the first 80 episodes, that’s just around the time the best couple arcs start

the villains get better but the fights themselves lose quality and there's more character introductions than character development

plus imo black clover has one of the best first episodes in shounen so im bias towards its first half

that being said I liked the elf arc, I liked how the dark triad(specially zenon) was introduced and nacht is one of the coldest dudes in the show

if you wanna enjoy black clover u gotta look up a filler guide and skip that s*** because it all sucks but the main story is pretty entertaining
