i enjoy it, it’s super shonen but there have been some good arcs and it’s entertaining

the animation ain’t nothing crazy but some of the big fight scenes are beautiful

don’t read the anime so idk how it’s gonna pan out after this current arc (their biggest one) but ig we’ll see

i’m a sucker for short animes so this and cowboy bebop place at the top of my list off rip, since they are so damn solid and beautifully animated

To me it's just an anime that did everything right. The animation was top notch, no fights where s*** is character is in a single frame while the background rushes by none of that cliche anime s*** where they lunge at their opponent and have an entire inner dialogue between blows. The comedy hit when it was supposed to while also being emotional when it was supposed to. Music is of the best I've seen from any anime period.

Like everything about that show I can't even see an argument for why it's not a top 10 to top 5 anime. Does so many things right.

lmaooo yes i did, watched it on Cartoon Network i believe when it came out, then got distracted and picked it back up now that it’s on hulu (?) and im almost finished

prolly one of the best comedy animes i’ve seen, and there’s even some “serious” episodes in there that are like 10/10 for me, and ofc it’s animated so clean. it’s basically samurai champloo humor in a wackier cowboy bebop setting but even more self-aware and almost parody like.

but get on cowboy bebop a f***ing sap bro, you HAVE been slacking. prolly my favorite anime of all time. episodic just like champloo but the story comes together wonderfully

I have Code Geass in there but I watched that back in middle school so I feel like I need to reevaluate it one of these days. If this last AoT season is as godlike as the manga I'd probably replace CG with it.

After those I'm probably looking at some combo of Vinland, Champloo, Konosuba, Brotherhood, F/Z, Bebop, Death Note, YYH. There's a lot of competition come to think about it lol

Dog it's not talked about enough in comparison to other anime. Deserved better. But I think it was good to end where it did.

Watched it since it aired and it has its moments but the eps in between the good ones are some of the worst.
