Just spoiled myself but they did the same thing with Nightwatch or whatever that guy was called, I didn't care about that guy and they only introduced him to kill him, when manga fans said the arc was gonna be dramatic I thought they're gonna kill the red haired guy or something I would've actually been sad if that happened

I haven't been reading One Piece for about a year and a half tho! Thinking about either continuing the older episodes (I think I'm in Rogetown) or just watch Wano anime from the start of the arc
