I'm biased heavily in favor of this manga because I play Karuta in real life and it is the Karuta manga.
I still think it was a pretty well written story with a good ending (now that I've finally read the last chapter).

About halfway finished with Sunny and it’s already one of my favorite manga yet. Each chapter is just filled with a surprise being short but rich. Even uncovering a new layer of a character turns into a life lesson.
