Yeah tbh while Black Clover does kinda have a "generic" story it never gets credits for its good points which is kinda crazy to me

People just go asta annoying and call it a day it's so sad

I'm gonna have to watch it

while i’d def sort it under the umbrella of “generic shounen” i’d put in the top tiers because it’s still really enjoyable. it just feels so much more passionate and driven than a lot of its peer shows. you’re right, it doesn’t get enough credit for just how much there is to like about it.
