Can you tell me some anime with original stories. Every one has its similarities to me. Durarara was a bit different
Put that on my watchlist yesterday. Sounds good
I would recommend waiting a couple weeks and then get into 3-4 episodes and then decide to drop or not
Bro's a yapper
Hes kinda right but what are we gonna do about
Every shounen is kinda the same except obvious deconstructions like Chainsaw Man.
Seinen are left behind because they are very rarely as successful. And shounen deserve their place too. Its just too few seinen. Berserk not having a good adaptation or Vagabond is a shame
I have, and I've enjoyed it. I've also enjoyed many other types of stories (shojo, seinen, and josei). I get your frustration, but there's plenty of good stories out there for everyone. And I don't necessarily agree that a story needs to be entirely original to be enjoyable (it's all about execution, imo). Also, not every story needs to exist as an animated project. Manga is a great medium in itself (in some ways I do prefer it to anime).
Cgi I didnt see any besides the OP
Yeah I would try it. The adaptation didnt seem incredible but the story also doesnt really require that. Clearly on a lower budget but I think its mostly traditional animation. The soundtrack pretty interesting too
Sure, there's a lot of bad to mediocre stuff out there, but isn't that true for most mediums?
I also think you're generalizing a bit about which types of shows get great animation (like, Blue Lock is one of the most popular mangas in the world, and S2 animation looks horrible). I'm not super familiar with this stuff, but I remember someone itt saying that virtually all anime productions have very similar budgets. It has more to do with the production time, I think? Maybe someone else can clarify it a bit.
