I’m watching ep 190 of Gintama and they’re talking about neutering all the cats in the town cuz they’re spreading too fast. Otose says that they should start requiring humans to be neutered too, and Shinpachi says “could you hold off on your Human Memberality Project until I’ve actually used mine”
