Such a great season man. Like I do get the complaints about it being more of a slice of life epilogue in feel but like f*** it, mfs love frieren for doing that so Mushoku Tensei can do it too and I’d say it ultimately heightens the theme of this season which is that fear of losing a good thing. And it also shows how flawed Rudy still is in how unstable he can get over something that goes wrong for him.
