but also i’m afraid i might get addicted to anime again
Well thats happening in the fall when Maomao feturns too anyways...
That being said fire force dragon vs arthur :banderas: reminds me of the final fight in ragna crimson
Gundam GQuX should've been a cyberpunk anime instead of a gundam
What a waste of Take's character designs

dorohedoro s2 8/10 - i thought the first season was just okay, i mainly just enjoyed the visuals and design of the characters and world. s2 was a huge step up. i really enjoyed the story this time around even though i was sorta lost
gals can't be kind to otaku 7.5/10 - incredibly cute show. one of the better romcoms in recent seasons. the manga is popular so i hope that means we'll get more seasons. banger op too
kirio fan club 7.5/10 - underrated show of the season imo. super charming, odd, hilarious and surprisingly thoughtful. highly, highly recommend. i think this would've been a thread classic 4 or 5 years ago when the thread was more active
nippon sangoku 7.5/10 - pure eye candy. honestly feels like almost every frame has something visually interesting going on. some of the best looking hair i've ever seen too. love the premise as well. it gets kinda bogged down by the amount of names and locations that are constantly thrown at you every episode
witch hat 7/10 - i see why it's popular but it hasn't lived up to the hype imo. it's at its best when it's exploring the history and rules of the world. everything surrounding that really hasn't been that interesting to me. it's beautiful to look at though
akane banashi 6.5/10 - jump slop
ramparts of ice 6/10 - disappointed by this. i loved polar opposites, which is by the same mangaka, and i just found this story to be boring. never managed to connect with the characters or their struggles. i still really appreciate the general tone and vibe the mangaka uses in their stories, so i'll be on the lookout for what they do next
i want to end this love game 6/10 - pretty typical mid romcom. the concept is cute and it does have some moments but nothing special. it already feels like the concept is being stretched thin, so i can't imagine it being interesting much longer
7 eps in and I don't find any character likeable in witch hat atelier besides tetia.

i watched the first 2 or 3 eps, wasn’t vibing with the male lead tbh. plus i was already watching a handful of romcoms anyway
