im not a dub guy at all but panty and stocking has one of the best dubs by far

i always figured if they did a season 2 for it they would most likely change garterbelt va for obivous reasons these days but changing the whole cast is so lame

apparently its because amazon got the show and not funimation

Not too big of a stickler for the dub change, Panty sounds just okay, otherwise it’s solid

Everything else is relatively the same so I can’t complain

I just watched the sub, and it's the same script. I find no point for the dub if it's not the OG cast tbh. Plus they already f***ed up by calling Panty a b**** the entire time and not s***

Didn’t notice that, maybe it’s cause I don’t have a strong nostalgic leaning that my feelings for the change are that negative

Well the sub and dub are really different in script execution for the OG series. This season is already looking like it will be 1 to 1. So really it doesn't matter what version you watch

New panty and stocking was amazing the vibes are so back, crazy how they continued that cliffhanger from s1, Imagine having to wait 15 years for that
Also first time it got an italian dub and i was crying at the few scenes ive watched

Yeah I was worried with the recap and slow build up to repeat what happened in the first ten minutes, but everything after Panty's revival kicked s*** up x 10. The vibes are back

Takopi! Super strong series debut for Enishiya studio!!! The character/art designs are fantastic, and i hope the show can maintain this level of quality for its duration. Nagahara I kneel! Also shoutout the Dr. Stone director too!
