I thought (as an anime only) it was alright
Don’t listen to manga readers when it comes to comparison, you wouldn’t know the difference anyways just watch and make your own judgement & look up the manga ending after you are finished
It’s not even just the ending that changed lmao most ppl I’ve talked to that stuck to the anime have said they could tell there was a bunch missing in the jump from s1 to s2’s plot points

Sure lol but exciting and well written are two different things and the anime becomes a celebration of deus ex machina without the whole arc plus some that they skipped. If you can take the hit in writing, sure it’s fine. But the writing is what hooked me in the first place

The ending was abrupt but as an anime only at the time I didn’t care nearly as much bc I didn’t know what I was missing out on. Rest of the season I thought was solid even with the missing details

Think I might start a watch party itt where we watch 5 episodes ln a show a week then discuss it on sunday or sumn every week until the show is up. That way people have time to watch and most these shows are 30 episodes and less so about a show a month a d 4 discussions
I'll take users names down itt i see that seem like they'll be interested, and also @ me or reply to this if youre also interested.
I think May will be the good month to start the watch party in if people are interested
