I think it’s toxic positivity. All those things are good and I encourage them for everybody but being hard working and thankful wont guerantee you any happiness imo. Set goals and achieve them and you will find out that external factors are just as important as your own input.

Like yes obviously that message is good and I’m sure his business classes/paid course has a good lifestyle idea or two but are these really things that you didn’t know before? And life advice that is a worthy trade for all the negative stuff??
