It’s dumb because they think the ‘putting on an act’ is an exoneration too. ‘Oh it’s funny so it’s harmless and if you have a problem with him, you’re a fool’
I think he is putting on an act and in parts, playing into comedic instincts during debates / his monologues etc
But yeah like you said, His real life actions show he’s basically exaggerating his own genuine actions and real life values.
And the fact hundreds of thousands of people are agreeing with his ‘act’ is disgusting (let alone the fact they like his views so much that they’re paying 50$ to take lessons from him)
