EverestWait one of her friends leaked the DM. She didn’t black mail or imply she’d stay silent if paid, she just asked for money
For Andrew/his rep to imply it as blackmail is pretty weird in this case. Such an aggressive move to discredit a victim publicly

This new statement puts the focus on that first girl and perhaps will change the tide of how people see this situations. No doubt he has proof of her asking for money since he’s responding with that etc
but there were many many other women with similar stories & another one of his ex’s with a story that was genuine assault (making her touch his d***, not getting out the car, grabbing her leg), none of which were denied
It’s a pretty aggressive PR move to mention the money asking thing within the response and again I’m sure he’s not lying about that, but there’s many other allegations that are all but confirmed. The rest of the statement was hardly apologetic and more like ‘I’m sorry she felt that way…also she asked me for money’
Also idk if this changes her actions but she did try and go public with her story about Andrew in 2021 (and other women back in 2019/2020)

Had a woman do this to me once. She was a friend, offered me a ride home from the bar where I had just got done puking in the bushes, when we get to my house to “drop me off” she reaches in the backseat and grabs a bag
Ends up coming in, and following me to my bed smh. I was walking a line of trying not to be a d*** while also not being interested in having s***with her at all. Once we got in bed she started making moves, but I didn’t give in thankfully. Made me think about how much scarier that situation would be if our genders were swapped.
