All I am asking is for an open mind rather than these arbitrary rules that "if XYZ happened, it is coercion", which would be really hard to even formulate. There are many things speaking against him here if this alleged event is true - them being strangers for one, her being alone at home, her being intoxicated, and him asking repeatedly. Those things alone, eh, depending on context, they don't look good for him at all but they don't instantly mean he committed a crime or even anything immoral either. That's really all I am saying. Of course, having it in a TikTok video, you can't really expect much explanation from her. The best approach would be to get a lawyer and explain things in detail and pursue some lawsuit from there or file a charge with the police, at this point.

But it’s pretty safe to say if you have to repeatedly ask (and get denied by) someone you’ve never f***ed, you’re probably crossing the line and attempting to coerce. I would say it crosses a moral line and also is just plain bad dating technique but it doesn't necessarily entail coercion since that needs a threat. You could also just be an annoying dude, like in the Aziz Ansari case for example. You can ask repeatedly and just be a pest without having any intentions of ever hurting someone. That is very well possible, and the fact men are more physically powerful than women in general doesn't change that.

Yes it does lol. Aziz coerced her too because he was alone in her apartment with her. He doesn’t have to lift a finger for that to imply a threat. If someone won’t take no for an answer the natural implication is that they will continue to pursue that by any means necessary

If this event indeed did happen, I don't believe his car broke down or whatever but he just wanted an excuse to stay at her home and make a move at her. His plan eventually worked but he tried to often and the woman regretted the encounter in retrospect. This is what would make most sense to me. Of course I don't know.
