No, too strict on what constitutes a "sexual power dynamic", "an abuse of power relations" and too loose on what responsibility adults have.
Coercion can also be a sexual crime too, this isn't in question anywhere.
There is a line in coercion as a crime generally speaking, of course I don't know the specific jurisdiction this happened in, that asks if the coerced person should have withstood the evil deed that was put into prospect. Not every threat is a coercion, otherwise those two crimes wouldn't need to be regarded separately. However, every coercion entails a threat.
The idea that some threats must be withstood (then: they are not coercion) and other must not be withstood (then: they are coercion) assumes a certain level of responsibility that every adult has. I do believe Americans in general infantilize too much, and any criticism against this is quickly painted as "victim blaming".
This however comes with the caveat that drunkenness might inhibit the ability to form and express one's will, which in turn relies on how drunk the person actually was. That will be impossible to say now 2 years later. Generally, different legal systems will use different BAC percentages to decide if a person's decision-making capabilities were inhibited or even completely suspended.
In this case, if the evil future deed threatened (via implication) was her being physically violated, then it would be sexual assault without a question. Of course, I am assuming for the sake of argument that this all happened, which is another topic completely.
If the evil future deed was something with vague YouTube connections like one user is implying, I really doubt that was something an adult person regardless of gender shouldn't have earnestly withstood. Anything else is once again an infantilization that isn't in line with our concepts of free will and responsibility that form the core tenets of criminal law. This can however be regarded differently if the alleged victim was sufficiently drunk.
Of course, this all boils down to "you ur a sexual assailant urself haha" in the brilliant legal and philosophical minds of KTT2.

The reason i linked the rex orange county story is because the rex orange county ktt thread has 21 pages.
Nobody made a thread saying hes innocent after the charges were dropped and that people made premature accusations.
Again i am saying her story has holes in it.
