StepdaddyI love outkast more than any other group. Big Boi is severely underrated but Andre always had the better verses on the albums and Dre’s work on guest verses is unbelievable
I think the way that people underrate big boi in comparison to Andre is my issue and not that andre is overrated. I can concede that andre had the better verses 60% of the time, and honestly might even be the best feat rapper ever. but sir luscious left foot is a classic and makes up the gap.

Outkast the only one of that group that you c an argue have a better album than The Diary
I’m mostly f***ing around but I was never able to get into Face like a lot of people. He just seemed like the the token “real mc” that east coasters used to acknowledge when the other southern rappers were still looked down upon. I grew up in ATL so I am obviously biased. I’m sure if I grew up in Houston I would have way more of a soft spot for scarface

Agreed for sure. SLLF is a classic. I actually like all of his solo stuff. Vicious lies is a 7.5 - 8.0 and the big grams album was really good too

Southerplayalistic and Stankonia are absolute classics and may not be a quite as good as ATLiens and Aquemini but there are only like 20 albums in the history of music that are on that level

face is much more than the rapper the east coast acknowledged though. big and 2pac took a lot of influence from scarface. the diary's also one of mike deans first classics.
scarface a mythical figure down here. s*** lil flip got his whole career wrecked by TI because he got mad at him for saying he was king of the south and flip said it was still scarface
