He was on rhe ride with his son and his wife and daughter were waiting outside the ride for them 😢

They said he hit the riders 3 times then landed on top of a building

Don’t know how his one restraint would unlock during the ride. Also don’t know how the train was cleared (ride computer wise) if one of the restraints wasn’t locked. I can def see human operational failure at SFOG though. One of the worst ops in the chain.

Very sad.
