Never been to cedar point. Going Late summer
Hereās where you need to sit on each ride.
Gatekeeper- left or right back row or front is fine too.
Raptor- back row
Blue streak- front or back but in a wheel seat. So the middle row of the car on the train.
Valravn- usually I rec back row on dives but the views are too crazy to not ride front.
Dragster- front
Millie- the front row of the back car (second to last row) or the front. Beware of the mayflies at dusk and night if you ride in the front though. You will be peppered with them.
Magnum- row 3 period.
Gemini- back row inside seat so you can high five people.
Maverick- back row
SteVe- back row

Just please put this in your notes app and check it before you get on each ride. Iām not saying watch povs but go for these seats, itās a reason why Iām telling you.
Gatekeeper in the middle isnāt gatekeeper in the back. Same for SteVe or Maverick and all the others I sent, just refer back to the lost when youāre there. Also good tip is to just get the premium all day dining cuz you and whoever youāre with can eat and drink every 90 minutes. With 90 minute intervals, you can just share food and be full all day.

Cedar Point was so dope on 4th of July weekend, felt so nostalgic like I was a kid again.
Might slide to Darien Lake next month.
I almost cried real tears today. Iām going to HORROR NIGHTS. I followed the event since I found out about it 13 years ago. I used to be in the Facebook comment section following HHN and HoS Tampa. I wait 365 days every year for the vlogs to drop of HHN Orlando. I followed speculation on the forum for years. Now Iām finally going.
Also Epic and Velocicoaster. Havenāt been to Uni since 2018. Iām over the moon
Went to kings island today for first time
Taken by MAJOR surprise by mystic timbers didnāt see the layout at all getting in line. Thought was some boring old wooden coaster
Holy s*** one of the craziest most fun coasters ever ššššš
Orion and diamond back almost awesome
Skipped a couple but amazing day
Going to cedar point tomorrow
Cedar point was f***ing awesome

Too much bread to be made on Labor Day weekend. Speaking of HHNā¦

Back at Universal for the first time since 2018. Epic on day 1.
Ride List in order of the day:
Monsters Unleashed: Absolutely astounding. From the walk up, Victoriaās Castle is insert synonym for amazing. The queue was wonderful. The tunnel to the load station with the skulls and the catacomb type graves bruh. The ride just wow. A complete masterwork when you get the right timing. The animatronics with the phantom playing the opera. Thatās when I knew I was in peak. It tilts you to the extreme. Wolfman part was crazy. No words.
Curse of the Werewolf: waited a bit too long for this. Felt it was just okay. We endured a weather delay. Which will be a recurring theme in this report.
Stardust Racers: Great ride. Incredibly long. Lot of airtime lot of transitional speed throughout. Launches drops, the interactions, the custom elements. It being Mach Rides, you know they dropped 70 mil+ for this, very worth it.
Yoshiās Adventure: Decent little ride. Feel itās there more for the look in Super Mario.
Donkey Kong: this is where things go downhill. We get in line during a weather delay. We get through the initial walk up to the main part of queue. We stop and wait 15. They restart the ride. We move maybe 120 feet. Delay for 30 minutes. Move halfway through this room another delay. Move no lie 25 feet and another delay. We get up to the big animatronic in the line and wait for another delay. The longest though is on the final hallway. We waited there like 45 minutes. All in all it was 3.5 hours. Iām with GP who donāt understand how the ride isnāt worth the wait. We had also invested so much time that they felt they had to wait. I wanted to leave after the first delay, but I couldnāt leave them.
After DK, we get the Mario keys and fight Bowser.
Next we head to Ministry of Magic. Bro, I canāt describe the immersion level of the world. It was so many people in there too. The Ministry floor was crazy too.
Monsters x2: Friends went to Berk and I went to Darkmoor to hit the goat again. Too good to only do once.
After that we raced back to the BnB forā¦

My dream realized.
We get back and rest a bit for HHN. Iāve followed the event since 2012/13. I finally get here for the event and man I could have cried walking in.
We get there around 10 planning to hunt short times.
The ambiance and atmosphere from the Origins scare zone plus the world famous HHN fog smell hit my nostrils and the back pain and foot pain from Epic (Donkey Kong) dissipate. We walk in and immediately hit Wyatt Sicks with a 30 minute wait. It really was about that.
Wyatt Sicks: Iāve seen the entire Fiend/Wyatt Sicks saga from a bit of distance. I saw his debut and Alexaās debut but I donāt know the strong lore and the details of the story like that. I thought it was a great first HHN house. I know how HHN scares (Sound fx, light fx, lots of actor with actor scenes). One thing I wasnāt as prepared for was how much they fog the houses. They fog them pretty well and enhances everything. Itās also narrow and intimate(unlike the BGW mazes I deplore).
Next, we get some booth food and hit Galkn which was the shortest listed at 55 minutes. We waited about 35.
Galkn: great scare house. Heavy Blair Witch energy from the jump.
Fallout was next as the tents are next to each other. Fallout great set house and some good scares in there too. We waited like 25 minutes.
Hatchet and Chains: Last house of the night was Hatchet. I loved this house. It smelt great. It felt immersive. Little details everywhere. Lots of actors everywhere. Top 2 for me.
We headed out at this point. My feet were on fire.
Night 2:
Iāve combined both nights at HHN in one post as to not spam the thread so much.
We got in about same time (first misstep imo). First stop of the night was drinks and food and then Five Nights. We waited about 50 minutes for it. Line had super long switchbacks. Cool house, very expensive. We saw the Freddy and Bonnie animatronics at the beginning and the red eye scene that they do. Not a lot of actors as youād expect but it was so detailed.
Next was Jason Universe: This was listed at 110. We go down the path and see a sea of people DEEP. We walked halfway down switchback length and enter the line and turn back the way we came. 2.5 lengths and a line that barely uncoiled like many other HHN lines. We enter the gate and enter the FnF queue. We then actually enter the building. The house was really cool. Very long. Second half is as advertised. Intense.
Feet and back were on fire x2 atp. We decided to look in tribute store before hitting Terrifier which was listed at 85. It was maybe 1:30 here. We walk all the way back to Terrifier and see another monster line. Switchbacks that looked longer but not actually than the Jason ones. This line was constantly moving and uncoiling. We waited 35 minutes. Terrifier was amesome. Very scenic maze with Art acting out his best kills. One very cool scare in there near the beginning. Wet path was funny. You do actually get wet but it was a little disappointing. We walk back and my feet felt like they were going to fall off at this point.

My final report: Islands of Adventure:
This was day 2. My boys went to see Demon slayer in City Walk at 10:30 while headed into the park. Wait times were incredibly short at this moment and I headed to Hulk. I waited like 45 minutes for Hulk at Grad Night my only other Uni visit and it was immediately a floorless in a class of its own. Everything about it is flawless in its execution. The queue still great and so nicely comic-booky. Ride still great and so unique. It felt so long cuz I was hot from the quick walk into the park. Next was Spider-Man. I regretted not riding this in 2018 as itās the same ride type as a beloved ride of mine: Curse of Darkastle. Iāve seen vids of the line, but seeing it in person was something else. The ride is great too. The forces of the spins, the audio work, the forced perspective, the sets , all of it. Itās a perfect ride.
Next was the main event. Velocicoasterās single rider line takes so long. But the ride. I was skeptical of the praise Iāll be honest. I saw povs that had crazy Intamin elements but it didnāt look like a top 3 coaster in the world that people immediately said. All of that changed about 5 seconds after the launch. The first half was so well designed with the turns, air time moments, transitions, raptor fly bys even the setting of it being knotted with the plant life all around. The second half⦠what more can be said. Best top hat of the LSM Intamins. The Stengel and the overbank ejector moment later wow. The highlight the Mosasaurus roll. Again a common theme: no words. Ejector and an inversion at great speed. It probably is the best single element in the world.
I did Veloci twice in about an hour. Ate lunch and met my boys at Discovery Center. We then go ride Veloci twice. Next was Hogsmeade. Forbidden Journey: a Monsters Unleashed from 25 years all the while very very impressive. Walking through Hogwarts was a dream too as a lifelong HP fan.
Hagrids was next. Listed at 150 minutes. Long line and it was hot. At the single rider split we all took it and was able to rest on the stairs. We saved like 70 minutes of line I bet. It went pretty fast. Ride was great. Forceful, fast, good elements.
Next was a rerun of Spider-Man for me. Once again a perfect ride. Feet were dead and it was time to get back for HHN. So we headed out at like 5:30.
Went to universal studios in osaka and it was dope af. They had Dumbledore using spells in Japanese.
The jurassic world ride f***ed me up. They perch you like a bird and its just done from there.
