The irony is Chuck is the one who caused this. Jimmy left his life of scamming to work for Chuck and worked hard to pass the bar exam so he could one day earn his brother's respect. After he found out he'd never get that respect because Chuck is a d***head, he said f*** it imma be slipping jimmy since that's all people will see me as anyway.

I agree 100% and have been keeping this in mind and in conversation through the entire series, but last night was the first time I truly almost felt like “chuck was right.” Several truly disappointing moments from Jimmy in the last ep.
Chuck, Kim and even Howard played their roles in Jimmy’s downfall but his actions are his alone at the end of the day. His refusing to confront his trauma is f***ing him over again.
