i just had this thought that while Gene and Marion are standing in her kitchen as she's asking him about Nippy.. it looks like she pats her pocket and then puts her hand in her pocket.. it's a fleeting moment but it kind of seems like she might be recording him?
possibly to compare his voice to Saul's.. can't believe i didn't notice it sooner but damn.. what do y'all think about this?

she's 100% gonna be the reason he gets found out lol.. she's not dumb in the slightest, she even noticed how Gene put snow on the sidewalk because she says it wasn't like this on her way to the grocery store
she's very keen and observant, Gene is underestimating her.. she's not like the rest of the elderly women he took advantage of at all

It’s gonna be great if it’s an elderly women who brings his downfall because he took advantage of so many of them and the settlement money from that case is the reason why he could start his Saul Goodman practice in the first place and buy that expensive house / lifestyle
