Palestinian OoziLove this show, it’s very methodical and well done but I gotta say….this midpoint cliff hanger was a little wonky to me. Shocking and a good set up to finish the rest of the series…but idk it did leave me saying really? I guess my biggest problem is Kim breaking bad in a way that’s not realistic to me. Happened so quickly and suddenly. I know she likes pranks but idk…maybe I seriously misread her character.

Agreed. I personally give Jimmy a little bit more slack because he at least had the decency to confirm Howard’s accusations. Kim not saying s*** and basically just waiting for him to leave was so nasty to me. I hope Jimmy leaves her ass for not telling him about Lalo being alive

Yeah, true, and I think writing that context and back story into this season helps and was done for this purpose. I think they realized that they needed to give it a little more hence the mom scene this season.
I don’t want to come off like there weren’t signs, I guess I just thought she’d take on a different role. Right now, it kinda mirrors Skyler embracing Walt’s d*** dealing and becoming more dominant about it. Maybe the parallels are supposed to be there. I have hope that they’ll land Kim’s character arc well. They love writing themselves out of corners.
