the thing thats so great about the whole breaking bad universe is that anyone can have any character as their favorite and it just makes sense, u cant really pick 1 or 2 that are obviously the best. saul, walt, jesse, gus, mike, nacho, lalo, kim any of these is a great pick
nacho: i switched ur pills
vs
walt: i watched jane die
2 huge reveals (for the character they tell em to) but both with such a different reason for telling it
not sure if this was posted itt but variety article interview with mando after the episode obvious spoilers

Mando: Every single one of them is dead, if you think about it. There’s an ominous thing to this scene, where these are all dead men walking, watching the first man die. But they’re already dead, they just don’t know it yet. The image of Nacho is the image of sacrifice, true love and bravery. It’s not the image of revenge. The ultimate act that defines the character is the act of sacrifice, and not anger, but love.
Lmao when the twins picked up Hectors wheelchair, why didn't they just stroll him to his dead body
really took the edge off that scene
the fact that 1 part of the show is this insane nacho trying to survive while the whole cartel and everyone he knows (besides his dad) is trying to kill him and the other side is saul and kim just trying to f*** with howard but it somehow still works
HUELL

Truly incredible story telling. No other show will ever be like this
i f\*\*\*ing love that they took something so obvious (nacho’s death) and still somehow made it shocking. in the hands of anyone but this writing team that death would’ve sucked but it’s one of the most satisfying pay offs in either show (despite the death of a major fan favourite character). Amazing final episode for an incredible character.
So I see they actually had the balls to do what they should've done to Jessie. Always thought he was Jessie 2.0

the fact that they all die bc of this mf

in another timeline nacho kills all of them and truly becomes the breaking bad :rejoice:

Imagine BB with no Jesse

Lowkey the Jimmy/Kim stuff took a backseat this episode. I was barely paying attention to those scenes. The Huell appearance was nice, I guess?
It probably shouldn't have been continued in this episode. It should've just been all Nacho/Gus/Mike/Salamanca.

i feel like of the 45 minutes runtime atleast 35 minutes were nacho
and the moment they took a break from the nacho stuff was timed well so i didnt mind it tbh
nacho kinda deserved his own el camino tho
So when you’re sitting in your s***ty nursing home and you’re sucking down on your jello night after night for the rest of your life, you think of me, you twisted f***.
