Well crazy8 is obviously still alive by breaking bad (until he meets walt that is) and Jesse explains that he is a Distributor. So my guess is that he has to ice his friend maybe orders from Lalo especially now he is on a war path. Plus Nacho is not on Breaking Bad.

Maybe season six there is a time jump to when Tuco is released from jail and continues working with Nacho to execute his plan to take over biker territory? This depends of course on what happens with the Lalo situation. I feel like that could be a strong connection to where he ends up in BB.
